Going off order listed, 1 at the top, 13 the naked neck.

1, 4, 8, 13 all look suspicious. the comb + wattle growth is suspect for roos. Also, the barring on 1 and 4 is much lighter than on 10. Barring is sex-linked...kinda. it's on the Z gene. Hens only have 1 z, while roos have 2, so the only way the double barring can occur is on roos. That doesn't make 10 a pullet, though. If 10 is a mixed breed, and the father is barred, EVERY chick from that roo will be barred regardless of chick gender.

Let them grow another couple of weeks. Should be clearer then.
