Be sure to give her eggs that you don't care if you lose. She may indeed be broody, but from what you describe, she may just be hiding in the nestbox to get away from the boys. :/
I plan on it. I'm giving her some mixed ameraucana eggs and one of her own. She's been threatening to go broody off and on for a while but this is the first time she's stayed in it at night. Her belly is all warm and sweaty lol. Well see what happens
