7th Annual BYC New Year's Day 2016 Hatch-A-Long

I typically don't pay too much attention to what I am doing while cooking... but I recorded my recipe and took pictures and posted it below.  My husband thinks this is the best tiramisu I've made!  I know - a little off topic... but seems like everyone is baking right now!

We had chicken tacos
I made spice pork tenderloin in corn husks with Cranberry avocado salsa. We had our Christmas dinner tonight. We also had oven roasted broccoli, sliced baked potatoes and home made sourdough french bread.

Chocolate pecan pie is for dessert....but I am too full!

We are taking the kids to walk the lights in a neighborhood near here. Then have apple pie with the great grandparents
