Well mystery chick that made it to lockdown a day late just hatched. Thats #2. I have #3 zipping. The egg that accidently went into lockdown last week has pipped. One of the two at day 24 is chirping, but no pipping.

I have some hard apple cider I brewed a month ago. Seriously thinking of cracking open a bottle tonight. Apples from yard, and Apple Hill pressed juice, local honey from a gal here in town and spices. Yummy.

Sounds Yummy! Doesn't get much better than home grown! The gal that won the pecan pie contest at the fair grew her own pecans!
