I'm trying. I'm really not sure the last 3 are going to hatch at all and I worry it's not drying enough. Humidity is still in range though and not excessive like it was last night. And it smells in the bator.

It will dry well outside of the bator. If it is getting stinky as you said, you may want to take that baby out.

Added a second sponge. Humidity stopped at 54%. So added a 1/2" tall lid and another sponge to try and raise it up to 65% or so.

Now just waiting hoping it goes high enough. Ugh suspense is killing me.

Are you going to be able to add water to that sponge when it dries out? I use straws to reach them. Using a syringe.

I tried already. Took it out and put in a small towel to try to dry a little, then figured it was warmer under the plate. It went under and came back out not long after. I feared it would catch a chill and put it back in the bator for a bit.

Yes. We have 2 large plugs on the top that we can add water and made sure to put the lid where it's easy to add water
