It's been about 3 hours since it hatched and it's by itself in the stinky incubator. I'm feeling bad

Leave it in there. It will help encourage the stragglers to finish hatching.

I see you found the NN The thirteen in the brooder are loving being under the heat plate so only about 5 or so come out at a time

Thanks. I decided to candle the last egg to see IF I could tell anything and couldn't see vanes any more. I could just make out a few vanes on day 17 and so figure it was okay. I wonder what's up with the beak development. That can't normal?

I missed this years because I've been so busy at work but it's starting to work out for me now, a little more time to take care of the birds. I'll be trying to hatch fir Vakebtines day though.

I'm trying. I'm really not sure the last 3 are going to hatch at all and I worry it's not drying enough. Humidity is still in range though and not excessive like it was last night. And it smells in the bator.
