If that's the beginnings of a rose comb you may well have a roo there, but still not sure.

BOs have straight comb.

15 weeks old and picture of feathering as of now not sure when the latest they can start getting rooster feathers but this is what they look like now

Nugget at 18 weeks, comb and wattles are much larger than my other chickens but Nugget is the second smallest
