My girls have finally started laying They are january babies so it looks like in takes 7 full months before egg production starts. I will be offering eggs for sale soon if anyone is interested.

Finally have some pictures to upload ! You can see how nicely defined the eyeliner is on the pullets, and the yellow spot on the heads of the cockerels - as well as a dark brown stripe down the back of the pullets. These are the most vibrant chicks I've ever raised ! I cannot wait to watch them grow !

They are one of my favorite breeds. But they do eat a lot. I buy my feed by the pallet. LOL
