WOW, that's intense! Kudos to you! But I don't think she's out of the woods yet. If the mesentary (the membrane that keeps the intestines in place inside the body) was ripped I don't think it will heal without veterinary assistance, and that's a painful situation to be in... organs just free floating in the body. I'd take her to a vet for a check up.
