A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Wow. I looked that Hatchimal up, and it's looking like being the Cabbage Patch doll of the season. I think referring to the Cabbage Patch craze of 1983 might be dating me. I guess Tickle Me Elmo is not really much better. No fear, I will become a grandmother this spring, so next Christmas I will be back in the toy aisle!

And, it really doesn't surprise me that it is made by a company called "Spin Master"!

A pleasant warm feeling 35 here. Changing tomorrow though and not for the better...

What do you think the chances I would ever pay $600 for that hatching thing???

It was a very windy 40° just after midnight last night. The white stuff just keeps piling up and drifting.

You can always find someone with outrageous prices on Amazon for almost anything. It only takes one idiot to make them a bundle of profit. Looks the normal priced ones are around $70 and even that is too much.

I am sure you will be getting the white stuff soon. Too bad the turkeys removed your markers.

R2elk...thats a bunch of snow! Was feeling sorry for myself, its goinginto the 20's here later this week. Then I had a conference call with the contractor on our Grand Forks ND project. Now I'm just embarrassed at being such a whimp....

Ya gotta wonder about these parents paying that much for a toy!

Hope everyone is enjoying their day.  It's 20° here with 10 1/2" of the white stuff so far.  Sub zero temperatures are coming soon.

Blah! I'm freezing here with temps just above freezing but it's supposed to drop tomorrow and the white stuff is supposed to start soon. Stay warm out there!

The snow and wind have temporarily stopped and the temperature is still dropping. It is down to 15° now.

I grew up in Pennsylvania and I would rather have -20° here than zero in PA. I can remember the winter when we got down to -6° and it was a bone chilling cold. On a sunny calm day here, -20° is actually pleasant.
