There are two pretty little turkey poults in the hatcher this morning The first baby from Cuddles I believe since one is black. They're still too wet though to tell if the other one is a royal palm or bourbon red though. There's one more turkey egg pipped. All of these guys are reserved and due to leave lol. There are a few CCL eggs in there that are due tomorrow. Those crazy little turkeys are bowling!

I pulled out the poults and it looks like the one isn't cuddles first baby after all. It looks like a rusty black which would be Romeo (mottled black) over bourbon buff. Cute little bugger!

Nothing cuter than those babies...unless...it's the FIRST DAFODILL to bloom!! Yep! Got a few daffodils blooming. They are the light at my the end of my winter tunnel!!

Oh oh oh! I saw daffodils yesterday... but it sposed to be cold cold and rainy again all week here. :/

They May droop...but can tolerate a bit of cold.

I have a Huge Crop of SS....Mainly boys it appears. I want other breeds to be as successful next hatch.

So that is one win.. I do like my SS!

Got a little Speckled Sussex poulet egg this morning. Not sure if Spot or Dot layed it. Still no turkey eggs.....
