Bantambird....that snow picture is beautiful, but freaked me out! We are going into the 70's this week. The bad news is it's going to be raining all week.
Here ya go...Little bit of spring....

It is currently -2°F and the snow that started around 10 AM yesterday is still coming down. There had been 7 1/4" of snow by midnight and there is even more now. The temperatures had gotten up to the high 40°s the day before this weather system moved in. I would blame it on Ralphie sharing again but I have not checked to see which direction the wind is blowing.

Crocuses will bloom here in March but Daffodils don't bloom here until April.

We are way warmer than 2 degrees here..

BUT the weatherpeople are claiming we will be getting cold and snow....

I am firmly becoming anti-weather people.....

BTW the wind seems to be coming from Wyoming or Montana today.....
I was just out and checked and the wind is definitely coming from the northeast so thank you for sharing the lovely weather. It is still -2°F and it is still snowing. There has been an additional 3" of the white stuff since midnight bringing the total to 10 1/4" so far.

It is even below freezing in the greenhouse with a current temp of 30°F. Fortunately all the temperature sensitive plants are in the house.

Bad weather seems to blow from the West, the north, or the northeast around here. I bet it swirls around like a tornado to bring us your extra Arctic yuck. You can have it back, please.

The temperature finally made it all the way up to +2°F. The wind is still coming from the northeast and it is getting stronger. I have no idea what the wind chill is but it is miserable out there. All of the turkeys have joined the chickens in the coop and only one of them ventured out a whole 12" before returning to the coop.

It is still snowing and the total is now up to 14" since the snow started.
