I don't think I would enjoy hearing peacocks myself. If it wasn't for the noise I would probably want them.
And I don't think people eat peacocks do they?
I would prefer to keep birds that can go in the oven if they become a major pita.

Peacocks were considered a royal delicacy during medeival times. Roasted, or made into pies, usually.

I like meat pies. Had a group of reenacters who even made medeival food, had a classic venison pie and a steak and kidney pie. Pretty good! Pies were invented as a way to extend meat.

Happy Easter! Currently storming like crazy. It's a loud one! Getting a break for a few hours, but suposed to be bad again around noon.
