None of my dogs ever cared about thunder at all. Now going pee in the rain was a different story!

My turkeys were a tad upset with me yesterday..

I didn’t let them out to free range until 4....

Boy, lots of dogs don't like thunder. Seems a lot of them are fine when young, but develop a fear as an older dog. What kind of dog is Sammy?

Is that cat you fed still around??

It thunder stormed all night here.
Loud thunder and lots of lightening. One huge clap of thunder felt like an earthquake it shook the house so hard!
Mason dove into our bed and wedged himself in between us like a frightened child.

Snoodless lost her nerve... went to feed and water her this morn and she was standing at. The door to the crate screaming cuz she had spilled her water all over everything and crapped on her eggs. When I opened the door she rejoined her friends outside. Well ok. Her eggs got a wash and added to the incubator.

on a different note one of sweetheart 's babies decided it was best to stand in the water to drink it... ??? Silly baby! It got out fine

Shaw....poor Mason! Did you let him stay? Doesn't bother my hound. But he will, occasionally, raise his head & look around if it gets really loud.

Ralphie...poor birds....locked up all day. I bet you heard about that. I try real hard to keep a regular schedule with mine. They are so routine oriented.

yeah he stayed there a while. Not sure how long, I went back to sleep.

Well since I shared about Sammy dog I have a new story with a good ending . Sammy went missing last night . Could not find him . Worried all night . I thought I would have to look for his body . I opened the big garage door and there he was ! I was so relieved . I guess he was in there when I closed the door .

I accidentally locked a dog in a closet. Couldn't find her & panicked. A missing dog is the worst! Glad he's ok! Although probably annoyed with you!

Rain again. Not storm....just a slow drizzle. The girls are out & about. They figured out they can sit on my backporch rail & not get wet. So they are staring at me through the window in the door. Went out & gave them a few blueberries. They enjoyed their treat.

Hound had an egg for breakfast. That, and the rain, means he'll sleep all day!
