I moved all my young turkeys to growout, even though they are a tad young. There was a turkey hen who decided she wanted to be mommy to all of them. There are somewhere between 60-80 poults in that pen. She is very happy. She would not leave the brooder alone, and would constantly talk to them. So, I let everyone into the growout pen with some infrared heater panels to help her, and she has a boatload of new babies to tend. Happiest mommy ever.

I'm not sure how big the pen is, I think it's maybe 12 by 15? It's in the corner of my hay barn

Slate looking poult, plus this red/brown spot. What color will you be? I'm guessing a tri colored mottled slate?

Woah, that looks so cool! I know it most likely isnt, but it reminds me of chimerism in some animals. Such a neat looking poult.

This Lil poultry protector is teething all over the place.

He's now about 18 weeks and around 60 something lbs
