I don't understand why some women collect shoes, I mean, how many shoes does someone need? I have a pair of sandals, a pair of flip-flops I keep in the car in case I forget shoes and a pair of boots for motorcycle riding and walking in the snow.
Well I'd love to hatch some now, but we are gonna go to Florida for a week in February so I wouldn't want to have any young chicks to add to the list of animals for the farm-sitter to take care of while we were gone. Plus we are in the process of building a new house on some land we got up in Vermont so everything is kinda crazy right now.Spring? Why wait till spring?! Mine's humming up a storm, is overfilled, and the first ones are due to hatch in a week lol

It's becoming a yearly thing now, since I've had chickens, that my parents get me a new chicken ornament every year. Eventually, my tree will be as overrun with chickens as my yard is lol. Maybe next year, I'll get a turkey one too
I agree with that too, we just never have money to buy any lol. My family all thinks I'm nuts for carrying a small gun in my purse at all times. I have a bigger one that I carry every now and then on my side but I feel weird when people can see it lol
