I'm finding turkey behavior intriguing. Hence the agility equipment. Just how much can a turkey learn? Just how much can you get a turkey to do? Don't laugh guys! I'm working on a young dog....might as well train a turkey too!

I think it's really neat to try to train a turkey - and I can't wait to see how she does! I know I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to teach the bourbon babies a few basic commands - so I'm really curious how much they can learn.

We have about 2 inches of snow, with a bit more to come. After I drink my morning gallon of coffee, I'm going to go play in the snow with the girls! Thankfully we didn't get the ice they thought we'd get.

The snow is supposed to start around 7-is tonight around here. Winter storm warming in my area is saying 5-10 inches. We'll see what we advisor get. DC is looking at about 2 ft of snow!

My eggs aren't due to hatch until Sunday but my Temps were running a bit high so I'm expecting at least a couple by tomorrow. We'll see how it goes!

I am trying to drink my daily required intake of coffee, but I am lacking reading material. there is a sever lack of posts on here.

I'd be sitting there talking to those eggs! Wow....poultry pictures by Sunday! I think turkey babies are cuter than chicks, just because they have those big eyes!

Mine should hatch tomorrow...

No peeping yet, no pips! I am deaf ( my wife says I am) Of course, I mainly just ignore her...

I added a little water again the moisture had dropped to 10% over night, I have it back at 36% now.

I was hoping to wake up to a chick. They may go a little long I think my temps were closer to 99 than 99.5.
