Hey fellow turkey people!
I got my first turkey about a month ago, and I have kinda a weird question...
Long story short, he was sold as an RP, but is acctually a Sweetgrass. Beautifual sweetgrass, I'll get some pics soon. He was supposed to be five months old, he was two months old.
I payed $25.00 for him. Did I win with this deal, or is that no good for a two month old sweet grass?
He's a very sweet jake, and I'm happy with him either way. Just curious if I was cheated or ended up on top. Never gonna breed, so don't really care what he is :-D
That's awesome! We've got wild turkeys in the woods, and Griffin (The sweetgrass) loves talking to the hensSend pictures!!! I'd say that's a good price. I paid $50 for a pure bred rio ( yes a real purebred wild turkey. Not a bronze or hybrid!)
