I save for a week at a time but I don't bother rotating or tilting them. They just sit on my counter in a tray, pointy end down.

Thank you! I thin I'm going to put them in an egg carton on the counter I think I'll rotate them though, just because.

I'll let you know if one hatches. If I have room in the bator, I'll put them in seperate baskets in laundry bags so they can't get mixed up

What brand of scratch did you find that is nonGMO?

I feed Texas Natural. I love the scratch, but I'm not that happy with the feed.

Feedman....my one and only Bourbon Red hen has a beard. I haven't been able to see, or feel one, on Daisy. I'm wondering too if there is a higher percentage with heritage breeds vs. wild. Interesting.

Boy did my girls bark at me when I got home! They wouldn't shut up until I came back out and spent time with them. They are just spoiled! Daisy had to settle down in my lap and Annie perched on the arm of the chair.
