Well, the 8 week old babies moved in with their parents today... 3.3 inches of rain yesterday and .3 overnight. Went out to check them this morning and they were standing in an inch or two of mud. So we crated them up and took them up to the big pasture, let everyone come and meet them then opened the door on the crate. So far, so good. They are still sticking together in "their" flock for the most part. Only issue so far is that my rooster attacked one of the mentor chicks--but the turkeys broke it up.:fl:fl:fl:fl

My first time integrating young ones with the older ones.

So. . .I am a bit confused by one of the eggs in the incubator. It is day 30 and the last egg is full of a bit of fluid, but there are no red veins. I though it might be dead yet the chick in it moved barley. Not sure whats going on.

I would get that egg out of there very carefully before it explodes in your incubator.
