A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

I would be afraid of them liking t much I could never grow another head of anything!
One of our newbies took a pic of her birds chowing on her lettuce garden. My garden is in the dog's run so pretty much the only visitors it gets are the turkey hens--but since I grow leaf lettuce they haven't made the connection, at least not yet.:fl Now as for the coons, I have yet to get a cantaloupe.

I think that's my problem with the bumble foot on the others. I think I should have waited till it got worse. They weren't even limping yet. This girl is something else though.

I have never tried it and this is One_eyed_Jack, my rooster that sired my nice cream colored long backed legbars. I have some sons of his that will surpass him, so he suddenly went from valuable and I pray nothing happens to hm to "expendable" kind of vacuums to be him. I thought he would be the one to experiment on. His one eye and winter trimmed comb and fine looking sons helped him obtain his new lower stature in my society.

My birds are kind of pushy they don't wait for me to bring them the apples, they just go to the apples and help themselves.
Mine already ate every Concord grape I had!! They jumped 4-5 feet to pluck one or a few at a time. No grape jelly this year!

My girls are spoiled... They won't eat whole fruits and veg, instead they wait for me to open them up. They are also good on cabbage worms, but seem to be selective. They eat the big ones and leave the small ones. ARG :he
