I hadn't realized JR was right in the thick of things. I'm sure he has more on his mind than checking in with BYC. But it's nice if there is someone in contact with him. They can pass along our well wishes to him.

@memphis you should be out of it soon... Radar shows just a bit more tail behind your location unfortunately, I'm not getting any wind speed or direction data right now. My local weather says its going miss us--but radar looks like tomorrow I'm going to get what you got this am. We'll see. I'm better situated to deal with it.

Hey all.

I think I am back for a day or two. I don't have a scheduled visit with a dog until the 7th. I am feeling better, almost OK today.

You guys in the flooded area be careful. If you have to chose between leaving or writing your SS nuber on your arm, I say leave!

You never know when some low life ID thief will steal your arm to get your SS number!


My turkeys are doing great. I am thinking of taking some to Waverly Iowa on the 9th to get rid of them. I think I have about 30 to sell. I have a couple werd colors I will be keeping now that I am back into weird colored birds..

Also Holm stopped by the other day and asked what color Ethel Jr was. Remember he thought she was eaten and had PMS.....


Turns out he had her mixed up with the other one and Ethel Jr is still alive!
