I understand. I tend to wilt when it gets above 75. On the rare occasion it gets above 90 up here I practically melt into a puddle, perfect for marauding guineas to take advantage.



We snowshoe at a game preserve up here when I feel I need punishment. At least it's free.

I need some turkey hens now that I decided to keep my young guy. I just need to figure out an arrangement for housing them for a few weeks of quarantine. Be a lot easier without snow banks in the way. What are you asking?

It was 7°F this morning so 48°F in the sunshine felt really good. There is no need for a jacket right now. Of course it hit 111°F in the greenhouse because I got involved with something else and forgot to open the door. Poor pepper plant was wilting. Its okay now.

We hit almost 20 around 2 pm. With the sun it was nice. I actually went in and out of Fleetfarm with no jacket and lived!

After weeks of sub-zero temps, I look at the thermometer and see +10 degrees? I don’t bother with my jacket, and coats are for double-digits below.
