Got the smallest turkey egg I've ever seen today.

From left to right coturnix quail, then turkey, then a normal size turkey egg.

Weather hit 81 today. Gorgeous day except for wind at about 30 plus mph

I got one like that about 3 years ago.

Well since it was nice mowed 2 yards. Then I got the tractor and tiller out. A little wet but got got garden tilled.

Had to open a section of the main run took tractor in there and tilled it up. Have a 30x60 and 20x40 area tilled anyone have any suggestions on what could be planted in there so turkeys and chickens have a close smorgasbord.

Ours wont touch broccoli. And are picky on bell pepper a d def no celery.

Except for the tomatoes, those are all salad greens to me. And the tomatoes could be salad reds.

Last frost date here is typically end of May. That's what I get for living in planting zone 4. If we plant on the south side of a building and baby the planting, we can sometimes get away with zone 5 stuff. So yeah, can have snow most of the year.

If I plant on south side of buildings and we have a light winter I can get by with zone 4 stuff

Feedman....if your planting for the birds....mine like clover, fescue, and a variety of weeds.

Who is snowed in? Just saw some live report from Minnesota and the snow bomb looks nasty. Hard to believe....
