No idea, but he's pretty.We have a wild tom hanging out outside our turkey enclosure. He and my tom Dumpling keep displaying constantly, the girls don't seem that interested in the wild tom, but can't get to him even if they were. How long do you think the wild tom will hang around?
I got to within 5 feet of him yesterday. His tail looks better than my tom's, but he's smaller. He also has a beard that's pretty long.

I have a wild hen that has moved in with mine, she only leaves at night now. The people in town are disappointed they don't see her anymore. I'm thinking of asking for feed donations in exchange for visits and pictures. lol
I had a tom stop my car on the highway last weekend so his ladies could cross safely, then he tried to attack as we tried to nudge by him. That is the extent of my wild turkey encounters.
