Watching the Macys Parade..well sort of...always watch the opening due to the fact that the leader of the parade is a big turkey!!

And for those of you who like dogs....the National Show is on at noon. Noon CST. The show actually happened last weekend. But it's always fun for me to see friends....judges, handlers, owners,etc.... on tv. Come on R2elk...let's root for the TWH!!

We tried to stream the parade but between the windy weather, slow internet and millions of other people streaming it, all it was doing was buffering. Oh well. Kids weren't really in the mood for it anyway.

I just got a report from Holm!!!

Junior survived the day....he said his behavior is better, but could still stand some improvement.


I am pretty sure after he is hitched in as half an oxen team and plows 40 acres he will be way better.

Update: They apparently put the fire put out. No smoke on the mountain top and no strange critters in the yard. Weather said wind would die down around 1 pm this afternoon.
