Your daily Romeo I actually had to take the last poult that he was keeping warm and put him in the coop tonight to make Romeo get up and go in lol. He's very serious about keeping them warm

I processed two big toms today. Was gonna do three but my back kept whining and it was getting chilly besides. Two more tomorrow or (hopefully) three. These guys are almost a year old. Do I need to cook them low & slow like a rooster that age? Would a dedicated roasting pan with plenty of water in the bottom be moist enough?
