Stinkum = perfumes of any kind. They are stinkum because to us with our delicate noses, they stink and make our breathing difficult.

I figured that was what you meant.
But I had to ask!
I am fairly intolerant to stinkums myself.
But I would look like Medusa everyday if I did not use stuff in my hair.

When my mother was here, she would go outside to spray her hair. I see nothing wrong with looking like Medusa.

I hold my breath.
For real.
It doesn't bother me once it's dry.. but I can't breathe it when it's in the air.
Aerosol deodorants are the absolute worst.
And body sprays.

I have allergy to stinkums. Not as bad since I cut out cow's milk. Can't stand being by someone who has perfume on.
I use a lemongrass stick deodorant, that's it.
My hair resembles Medusa's most days..the poultry don't care so long as I have feed.

Don't forget body washes. One coworker used a highly scented body wash. She kept complaining about headaches and sinus problems. I told her what her problem was and that all she had to do was to throw her body wash away. She was put off by my suggestion. After her doctor told her the same thing I told her she came and apologized and admitted feeling much better after quitting the body wash.

Oh yeah some of those are horrible too.
What the hell is wrong with good old-fashioned bar soap is what I want to know.

I live alone. I do not use a deodorant. When I did work, I would use a non-scented stick deodorant.

Shampoo and conditioner too. Very few I can use
Laundry soap and softener .. have to get free and clear of sents

To be honest I just put it on going to town... take a shower before I leave too. ... Or I smell like dog and poultry.... probably should take that shower when I get back now days LOL
