"A Christmas Story" - It's That Time Of Year Again.

I love this movie. The "real life" Ralphie said he also loves it. It hasn't been showing on my TV for several years. No, DH cannot own that lamp!!

start watching on Thanksgiving day. My daughters still want to have "Chinese Turkey" one year

Plus, we spend a LOT of time at work seeing who knows the most quotes. Our other favorite movie is Christmas Vacation. Honestly, the 2 best holiday movies everywhere!

LOVE THE MOVIE!!!
That was the theme of a Christmas parade float we did (it was an award winning float).
We had a kid stand there with his tongue on the pole. We made a small house with a large window with the leg lamp on top of the italian 'fragile" crate. I wore the bunny pjs and my friend dressed as one of santas nasty mall elves. I will have to try to find a picture.

Never cared for this movie, but I do remember them telling him that he'll shoot his eye out. Around here, it's not Christmas without Christmas Vacation. That's our Christmas movie!!
