Your ducks are very beautiful, and it's obvious you care for them.
Unfortunately, I do not have ducks as of now. I'm getting three ducks sometime this year. One WH, Buff, and Rouen/Black Swedish, haven't decided yet. I cannot wait for them to get here!
But there is so much to do before then! We have to fortify the pen, figure out the whole brooder-set up, throw out a bunch of things, hopefully convince my mom to let me have the brooder upstairs (Our last ducks were brooded in the basement. They were out whenever we were home, but I'd still love to have the brooder upstairs...), etc.
Should I wait (

) to get ducks until we have spring break, on April 3? Or just go for it as soon as we're done with everything?

Thank you so much!!
That's so exciting!!! Great choice of breeds too! All the stress and work totally pays off once you have your duckies!!!! That would be very nice to be able to have them in the house. No, get them as soon as possible!!!!!!!

Are you Homeschooled?

No, not homeschooled. Public; we just had mid terms.. I did pretty good on the math (92), and aced science (100!) which I did not think I would do.
But, because I'm in public school, I leave at 7:10 and come back at around 2:50 or 3:00. I told myself I would wait until spring break (Maximum time with the duckies), but I've been second guessing myself - I really want ducks again! But at the rate this is going, it may just be April 3 when we finally finish!
I already cleaned up the pen and house and got the poop out, I just need my dad to help me reinforce the cage with more wire mesh/fencing/I don't really know what to call it. Maybe this weekend?
