I was right back at it, no problems at all. The good thing is the scar is in the natural crease of my wrist so you can't even tell I had anything done. Since I didn't get enough time off to recover from all the work garbage, I went and had the other one done too.

They were both bad, and I was going to have them both done eventually, but it worked out good. I would have liked a little more time off.

Your quilt is beautiful. My mom does a lot of quilting. I built her a set of quilting frames that have the gears on the side. It's really nice because they fold up out of the way and roll out of the way so if it takes over a year to complete, the things not in the way.

What a gorgeous quilt. I made quilts for all my kids and had my ex-mil quilt them for me but I still have to get the edging done on 2 of them. Maybe this will be the kick in the butt that I needed to get them done!!

I'd have to get a couple piggy banks to save that up. Hehe Well it is absolutely beautiful! In all seriousness it looks to be every penny of that price - if not more!

Work like this isn't appreciated as much anymore since WalMart carries the cheaply made quilts from foreign countries that will fall apart the first time they're washed. And the stitching on most of them is atrocious.
