Signing our life away sure didn't take very long! I may be weird, but some of the information in the title search is pretty cool. Like the fact that all the deep coal was mined in 1902! Maybe that's just cool to me because my husband is a coal miner? I don't know. I think it is neat that there is that much recorded history on a piece of property.

We spent the evening at the new house after going out to dinner with my parents and sister. It was so awesome to be in that house and know it is really ours!

I do have some pictures of the inside from last night, but it will be a bit before I can post them (it takes forever to upload on my dial-up connection, but at least I can get DSL at the new house!!

) I'll try to get a few up here soon if I can!

Congrats! You will LOVE having your new house. I remember for me it was surreal for a while. I kept thinking I was just visiting somewhere and had to remind myself it was my own. After a while I got used to the idea. Then I got more chickens.
