Antler jumped straight at Storm, using his bulk to push her back and knock her off balance. He reared up and slammed his paws into the top of her shoulder, forcing her to the ground.

"Brilliant idea. Let's go!" He yipped, nuzzling the side of Luna's face in turn. He hopped to his three paws and his tail wagged as he waited for his love to lead the way.


Anger boiled in Vireo's blood as he watched a new dog take his original opponent's place. This dog dares to interupt my fight? He thought in silent disgust but then a sudden calmness came across him A new prey... Saliva dripped from his jaws as if he was rabid and a menacing sneer sat across his muzzle. As the dog attacked Vireo, he stood strong and acted as if the attack barely affected him. Finally, he viciously lunged at Wise and tore a large chunk of flesh from his scruff. His claws sunk into a fresh layer of muscle and raked down the length of Wise's back.
Aster approached the greiving dog silently. His paws made no noise as they hit the dirt, and his breath was somehow absolutely quiet even though it was shaky. That poor dog... He felt like crying even though he didn't know the dying canine. Sorrow was just lingering in the air. He continued walking forward until he stood next to Squirrelflight. He never spoke to her... actually, he never spoke to any dog but his brother. He gulped nervously, and spoke with the voice of a scared mouse "I'm sorry for your loss." Is all he could say.

Antler coughed when Storm kicked him, but recovered quickly. He growled irritably when she grabbed his scruff, and reared up on his hind legs so she had to let him go. "Enough, River packer" he snapped, "This isn't your fight"
