She nodded at each chosen dog, grateful that she had so many incredibly athletic and healthy canines in the pack. There had been times where she'd been able to number every rib. Hollyshadow stood up Stright, Her heart racing.Did Alpha just choose ME?

River pup whimpered,"Be careful, Wind!"he barked.

Cephus quickly darted after her. His long legs stretching out as he ran and quickly overtook Apple, trying to block out the scents of Storm pack crying out to his nose.

Phoenix proudly stood up when Alpha called her name.
 
Meadow watched some of her pack leave as Alpha called out their names. She looked at Sierra who was a few canines away from her. Sierra was also watching the pack leave. Her ice blue eyes expressionless.

~Midnight's muzzle spread into a wolfish grin. "Then you know exactly what we're going to do." Without a second thought, Midnight bounded atop the Leader's Boulder effortlessly and let out a jubilant howl. "The fleetest of River Pack, to me! We have a development!"~

Raksha's tail began to wag in excitement. Yes, Alpha!" She barked. I get to scheme, and herd deer, and.... CHASE DEER!!" she thought silently, her lean shoulders beginning to tremble in sheer excitement.

(Awwwwwwwwwww, darn. :barnie Fluffpup and Thunder will be severely missed. And Grizzly- FDB will just have to conjure up imaginary burritos by himself. :hit But I totally get it. ;) )
