A million & one egg recipes... finally made APPLE FRITTERS

Finally made apple fritters. They were not hardly the sugar glazed huge things from the store.
Not sure if cooking the apples with cinnamon, sugar and butter in a pan and letting them cool before adding the chopped apple bits into the batter mix would help.
They were still delicious. Maybe more like apple fry bread or an apple elephant ear...

They look good! When I’m craving for Krispykreme I add the apple fritters into my dozen mix.
