Charles chuckled softly watching her.

Sierra looked up again. "Hi..." She said softly.

Skylar craned her neck to Wintent. "Do you have any idea of where we're going? A guess, even?"

Wintent shook her head. "No... do you? "

Sierra sat in a seat in the back of the bus. To covered bird cages next to her. Sqawking could be hard as well as some words as her parakeet mutter and talked to himself.

Charles looked over at her from his seat and smiled.

"Not at all!" Skylar replied. Dyke raised his head and planted a big, slobbery kiss on Wintent's forehead.

Sierra looked up again. "Hi..." She said softly.

"Hey," Charles said with a smile, "I'm Charles."

"Im Sierra" She smiled and pointed to the smaller cage. "In here we have Blu. Hes a parkeet." She pointed to the slightly larger cage. "And this is Joey. Hes a cockatiel."

 

[Wintent]

"Not at all!" Skylar replied. Dyke raised his head and planted a big, slobbery kiss on Wintent's forehead.

Wintent chuckled wiping the slobber off her forehead.

"Im Sierra" She smiled and pointed to the smaller cage. "In here we have Blu. Hes a parkeet." She pointed to the slightly larger cage. "And this is Joey. Hes a cockatiel."

"Cool," Charles said nodding.

Skylar stood up in her seat, and cupped a hand around her mouth. "Hey, bus driver! When are we going to be 'there'?"

Wintent chuckled wiping the slobber off her forehead.
"Cool," Charles said nodding.

Sierra smiled and reached her under the blanket. There was the sound of a metal gate opening the a small squeak then sierra pulld her hand out with the blue parakeet. "Ice Ice Cheeseburger!" The parakeet said.

"Du-u-uke!" Skylar hissed. She rested her palm on Max's back, and gazed at the giant black dog. "This big boy is Duke's slightly calmer brother." She shot Duke a meaningful look before turning back to Wintent.

Skylar stood up in her seat, and cupped a hand around her mouth. "Hey, bus driver! When are we going to be 'there'?"

Diana jumped and looked to Skylar, then to the driver. Dawn barked once and started to lick Diana's hand where she held the leash

Wintent smiled. "And this sleepy buy is Blue," She said stroking the yound pups head.

"About another half an hour," He replied barley casting a glance her way.

Sierra smiled and reached her under the blanket. There was the sound of a metal gate opening the a small squeak then sierra pulld her hand out with the blue parakeet. "Ice Ice Cheeseburger!" The parakeet said.

Charles smiled. "He's pretty."
