A newbie needs help!

I thought you wanted it on your current two birds that one is way too young to tell

I do, but currently my mind is set on the white one most since there are plans to trade. The other one is a little more difficult to take pictures of. S/he is scared of me so I can't get as close to take a good picture, and it's usually hiding.

Both look like Cockerels to me. Along with the developing comb you can tell by the legs. The long legs indicate male. Hopefully you wanted roosters or if you didn't I am wrong! Enjoy! Also the brown one is an EE and we had one that my daughter fell in love with and brought it in the house and took naps with it. Took on her bike and atv and it went on the swing with her. I have a video if you like.

That is adorable! I can't have roosters where I live, so I will have to trade them, sell them, or give them away.

for better pictures of the birds but guessing the white one is cockerel, think I'm seeing hackle & saddle feathering. Pullets do crow, I had one which had to be rehomed. She didn't crow at her new house I know it was her cause I was standing there, would not have believed it.

Can you show me a side pick of the white one, need to see the tail. Looks like a Cockerel to me though. The bottom brown one, not sure, but the tail has me thinking Cockerel as well. Hopefully I am wrong! None of my Hens crowed to my knowledge, but I've only raised chickens for three years. Not an expert.

Could you get a closer up picture of the saddle on the white? I'm thinking your brown is a cockerel. Do you know what happened to its tail? It looks all scraggly and broken off!

Sadly, I do not. I couldn't bare the thought of it being a kids toy and becoming a cat toy, so I took it in without knowing much about chickens. I just knew it was a check

Huh? I think the crow you were hearing came from the EE. What breed is the white one supposed to be or where did you get her?
