It's best if Ticks does not take possesion of the bird. If it needs to go a rescue then he should let an adult do it or report it.

What you could be getting yourself into might lead you into a heap of trouble.

You should not have made a post about it due to the fact there may be some people in here that you cannot trust. There are over 13,000 users, there is bound to be one that could get you in trouble.
