Pics of it eating I just took rn I can't tell if she taught it to search plus it's natural foraging instinct s all buttons born with but hey it's eating had to separate she's not ready for babies she didn't want it under her, Shana left a poop and it looks like the chicks done 1-2 tiny poos so hopefully foods going in I see it pecking at it, also the person I hatched th coturnix for said I can raise it if it's male they will take it if female gf for anubis ( don't remember if I said that) I'll do a video of it eating after work tomorrow I just did multiple pics cuz I remembered u have to upload to yt and link it and I'm gonna go sleep after checking these notifications , what do you button hatchers think of it's color on its coat so far

Oh I forgot the pics with Shana poor Shana her feathers should grow back with the cream I thought I almost last her couple months back, (like I said she just finished recovering so don't pick on her beauty)

By the way if I haven't said this yet the coturnix is floorcandys grandchild or great grandchild lol from them and the buttons let's see this is nabkibi and her roommates blood lines originally plus some new blood mixed in a gen or two back ( and pink eye pops out) Incase anyone wanted to hit them up for some coturnix or in future buttons

Got home did a bunch a stuff sat down got some pictures of my new dairy cow isapods then sat down for 2 seconds and remembered I promised a vid of it eating on its own luckily I walked over and all I had to do was hit record lol

Never been so happy a baby bird pooped on my cover but it looks like the foods going through fine

Have you tried putting it on the floor and seeing if it will follow your finger as you drag it along the floor? My chicks will immediately follow my finger starting at day 1
