Accidentally candled on day 20

I had some eggs with different time frames and with summer busyness did not write down hatch dates, had one hatch monday which i thought was super early so then i worried about the other 7 in the incubator that weren't pipping. i candled last night. all full chicks. put immediately back but then saw two pipped this morning but don't hear them and no more movement. i am so mad at myself, i never candle this late, got all flustered somehow, did i screw up my remaining chicks?? Has anyone had this end up okay?

all you can do now is make sure your humidity is up and wait and see.

there is water in the trays so i think the humidity is good. i can hear one peeping. one of the pips looks normal, white membrane. the other looks reddish brown where it pipped. i am assuming this baby probably didn't make it
