ACK!!!!! My chicks are here!!!!! and it's a blizzard!!!!

Hi guys -

The little sleepy one is still hanging in there. He is waking up and making his way to the waterer and drinking several good gulps, then goes and gets a few vittles then sleeps again.

He is a lot more wobbly than the rest, but then again, so am I in the morning. Maybe he's meant to be "my" chick. Lol.

Now ... for the punk of the litter.... the little gray/tan/fuzzy legged booger. He runs around trying to take the food out of the other's mouths. What a punk!

Any idea what he could be? The one in the middle?

I sure hope everyone elses little guys are doing well.

The sleepy one is a cute little orange tabby-striped color. I was hoping for a buff brahma, but it's all a big guess at this point. I can't wait to see them grow up.

i am sorry to hear about your chicks. if you contact the hatchery they should have no problem sending you replacements or at least a credit. the fuzzy punk chick looks like a buff brahma. brahmas are great chickens.

Your fuzzy-legged gray and yellow is a Buff Brahma. I got several just like it from Ideal.
