We Quit Cigarettes

Think my husband has a tapeworm 😂 he ate 7 tacos :th but he's skinny. He's 5'11 and weighs 160. If I ate like that I'd need a crane to get me out of the house 😂

I’m about the same height except I’m like 175-180 lately. :oops:

I should be about 165 or even 160.

I was like 145 once but that was way too skinny haha that was entirely by accident too :lau

But anyway, I dropped a lot last year. Like 20 pounds. But still have a lot to go.

Got below 190 for the first time in years though then below 180.

My highest was 207 :th :oops:

That was in 2016. I was huge :oops:

I started the weight gain slowly/progressively like 2014 or 2015.

Last year I lost a bunch but now lately I’ve been gaining again.
Anyway, don’t mean to hijack :oops:
 
Damn veggies always getting me in trouble. The homemade refried beans were leftover pinto beans I made the other day. They were so much better than the canned ones.

I always think canned refried beans look like dog food 😂

He used to be 150 because he never ate properly

Food is addictive almost as much as cigarettes

Try drinking more water. You could be gaining because of water retention from sodium in foods. Best way to get rid of it is drinking the proper amount of water.

Plus being thirsty can make your body think it's hungry so you eat more.
