Adding Barred rock to New Hampshire red brooder

Hi! First time chick owners here... we just added a 4 week old Barred Rock hen to our brooder. We have a Barred rock (which we are sure is a rooster), Rhode Island Red (so sweet) and New Hampshire red (top of pecking order, could be rooster). They are all 4 weeks old. The New Hampshire red keeps pecking at the new Barred Rock's eyes!! we interrupt her whenever possible, and also try and distract her with outside play... but, will this end? we are freaking out. we got the new Barred rock to replace the rooster when he starts crowing, we have to give him away. Any suggestions? will it stop?
