So, 3 days ago I dadopted a 18 m old RIR owner is getting rid.of them bc someone is stealing his hens who are on a farm 10 miles away.
He says she is in molting.. I have 4 other hens who are 15 & 9 weeks old, so.I am new. Her feathers are matt in color my hens are shiny and healtier looking.
I am.giving her organic high protein feed and scraps, fruit, veggies, oats and nuts.
Also I added apple cider (organic) to the water. How can.I get her to.lay an egg?

Best not to force her to lay an egg, she'll lay when she's ready. Most hens will stop laying while moulting until their moult is complete, and it sounds like she might be almost ready soon. You also said that you've only just gotten her, sometimes when being relocated (from owner to owner/moving house) the stress from the traveling combined with a completely different surrounding may also put them off laying - some hens will lay regardless, but I've also heard of hens not laying two weeks after having moved house. It sounds like you're doing well for her at the moment though, so I'm sure she'll reward you soon enough.

I will add another non layingbhen Saturday from.the aamw guy saturday. I personally think they aren't used to high protein food and ghey have too stressed. If they start.laying in two months be my.babies I will be happy
