Adult duck with suspected wry neck/botulism

My free range duck is hanging her head down. She can walk and get around but not lift her head all of the way. It’s not loose like it’s broken it seems stiff. She is drinking water and eating fine. The neighbor said he even saw her go for a swim in the pond. I have her secluded for the night and have given her some electrolytes and a tiny bit of selenium w/ vitamin e. What more can I do for my girl? My neighbors pond has been low due to the lack of rain so I think botulism is probably the culprit.
