Adult White Holland Turkey with rectal bleeding

I have been a backyard chicken mother since 2009. I used to have only chickens and mallard ducks until they all died from old age. Since April 2021 I have about 28 hens, 7 roosters, 6 Peking ducks, and 2 turkeys. Yesterday my third turkey just suddenly died. Her rectum was bleeding a little. Today I noticed blood on another female turkey. I want to join because I need answers. I do not know how to fix my beautifully feathered "Turk-Turk".

Are your ducks seperated from the group? I know that males (ducks) will try to mate with hens. Their anatomy is different and it can kill the hens. I assume that the same might happen with a turkey hen.

I don’t know much about turkeys, but I would separate the turkeys from the ducks and chickens. Male ducks can be rough on other fowl, I believe.
