I have inherited ducks and recently have lost 3 with in months of each other. The have been very lethargic and separate themselves from the flock. After noticing lethargy with in hours they become very unsteady scoot on their bellies and soon die. I’ve been reading and it after looking at this last duck it appears to have bleeding on the bottom and blood from the vents on beak. They are not vaccinated. Should they be and how do I do that? I have quarantine them from the other birds ( we have chickens) since they may be sick. Any ideas? I hate losing animals. It’s just too sad.

Not sure of their ages but the male is the youngest under a year (he was a chick when we first got them) July is a year. The other ducks are mature and hens that lay eggs. We feed them meal worms and poultry pellets from feed store. They usually free range on our property. We have an acre pond that is well fed.
