adult wry neck

hi! I have a year old Australorp who suddenly developed wry neck a few days ago. she had a limp for a few months before but it was pretty mild so we left it alone, but now I'm thinking it could be related? none of the other chickens have had any problems. anyway I have been giving her vitamin e, b, and some high selenium foods. she's having trouble eating and drinking and looks like she might not last long at this rate so any advice to speed up her recovery would be appreciated! thanks <3
 
Does she still have the limp? Wry neck is a symptom. Some possible causes are vitamin deficiency, head injury, and certain diseases, such Mareks disease and a few others. I hope it is not Mareks. Do you know if she was vaccinated? Make sure that she is close to food and water. If you lose her, I would call your state vet to get a necropsy to look for a cause of death. They can also test for Mareks. Here is a list of state vets:
