Advice on how to give advice?

I tried reporting them but they don't really violate any of Instagram's rules.. social media companies really need to add animal abuse to the reasons to report things. There are so many people out there who get animals just to be social media slaves, or actually abusing the animals so they can pretend to rescue them for likes. There's a YouTube channel called officerpawpatrol and he is an animal control officer who sometimes calls out YouTube channels doing things like that making videos showing that they are actually abusing the animals.

Thank you for telling me about him, I just tagged them on a post!

No. Instagram/ Facebook doesn’t remove posts or profiles of popular accounts when they violate their policies. Animal rights groups I reached out to never responded either.
