Man. I hate people. I hate them so much. This makes me incredibly sad and I hope there is a type of hell that animal abusers go to where the animals are in charge and abuse them.

That video you couldn’t see just shows the duck laying down and the poster says something bad happened to it but then is just kidding.
I am more concerned with the duck being shampooed. It seems to enjoy the bath but that can’t be good for it.
If there’s a video with the duck freaking out and being thrown to the ground, that would bother me as well.

I'm HORRIFIED. That is just ABUSE. Can they be reported?

Great idea, not sure the local police dept. would take it and run with it because of their heavy work load. IMO, More for the animal people who deal with cruelty of animals on a daily bases, they should know the local laws for such mistreatment of poor animals.

If the owner doesn't care about the duck then there's nothing you to help them.
However, you can help the duck. Getting him out if the situation would be the best thing to do. I would contact the ASPCA

Giving advice is easy. Getting people to listen and act on it can be impossible. What this person is doing is working for him/her, if their goal is to get more followers. Not to be critical, but all of you that are sharing their link are adding to their followers and getting them the attention they crave. I know you have good intentions, but please just report it and don't keep going back to see what evil they are doing.

I’m not a resident of New York so I’m not sure how much I can do but I just found this post of theirs where they gave drugs to the duck

Here's a thought. Report it to a national news agency and suggest they investigate.
